I didn't see that in the report but I missed the announcement. Did they report that this was said or is it another BS rumor drummed up by the blacks?

Take THAT to a grand Jury.
Even IF the AG can bring some charges, jury will never convict nor should they for doing his job. I just wish for Blaine's sake his life can go somewhat back to normal when this is all done 4-5 years down the road whenever that may be but sadly I know it will never be the same for him.

You are making some very serious claims for someone that is not familiar with the facts of this case. Watch the tape in slow motion and then tell me what you see. Take THAT to a grand Jury.
I told Tino last page I doubt the guy even said it

I would think the DOJ would have thought that to be damning to premeditated murder

Sterling family attorney says they were told that. Who knows

Words with the reasonable belief that a battery can be committed upon them is assault.

Well, I heard her explain how just because the DOJ didn't find wrongdoing, it doesn't mean that the officers didn't act wrongly.
quote:
But I did NOT hear her say a word about the behavior of the convicted felon being alive today had he simply complied with instructions, and not tried pulling a gun out on officers that were called to the scene.
quote:
Why would she only cite one side, and not the other? Possibly hatred. Possibly fighting against one side.
Did you also hear the part of the DOJ report conclude the same thing she said? D they hate cops too?
You assume a lot.

Decisions like this will only embolden cops to be more trigger happy. I don't understand why so many people are happy with this, besides racism. Charging cops that kill people is one of the best ways to make them think twice before pulling their guns.
The video proof is all there that they were right to shoot him. He tried to pull a gun on them, he gets shot. It's not encouraging officers to shoot people, it's saying they can protect themselves just like any other innocent citizen should

I am waiting for HER to say THE RIGHT THING. IF Alton Sterling would have done what the officers asked he would still be alive.
Well if your track record is any indication...

Too bad the facts don't lend themselves to charging the cops so they rightfully will not be charged because in the line of duty they made the right call. Get over it

That pig needs to be punished some kind of way. Alton's family deserves their justices.

Right? Peej is the board dunce. His retort of GFY must have taken tons of thought

So where do you think they train officers to aim their guns at a criminal disregarding instructions and going for a gun in their pocket? Their foot?

Read the report. I didn't see where the DOJ said that.
