this is somewhat harsh, but a poster on here (forget who) said that it shouldn't be looked at as "x-privilege" as much as "x-disadvantage", at least if we want to fix cultural-structural issues that lead to negative outcomes
i think that was said originally in one of my threads on "nuclear family privilege", one of the most insane concepts in this area (and very applicable to your question, directly)
