It certainly is obvious. But then again, you have people like PrimeTime Money who think that the left sparked the rise of the NSM & The League of the South.
Trump, Bannon, Gorka, Miller emboldened these Nazis. Encouraged them. And Trump's "many sides" bullshite continues that. This is terrorism. But nothing will really change. So it is what it is.

Gotta run but I'll leave you with this imagery: If what you are seeing play out in VA is the identical audio/video and injuries had it been in the shadows of Beauregard/NOLA, this thread would have hit 1000 posts by now and end up at 10,000 when it was all said and done. Within that thread, the hate spewed from the Right and the Left would have been history making.
Let's face it. Racism from both sides cannot and will not be squashed. It's been this way for eons. If you believe this all started with Obama or MLK, etc, you're terribly TERRIBLY naive.

Yep. And people wanted these statues removed because they are symbols used by the alt-right to inspire hate like Dylan Roof executing citizens.

SO, what exactly is going on? The govt wants to remove a statue and some people don't want it gone? So, that group holds a protest rally and ANTIFA comes and starts shite? Is this pretty much it?
