Frankly, my take is that the whole trying to wrestle the cop's gun away is a bull shite story made up by the police to try to deflect blame from the cop. That entire scenario doesn't even make sense. Kid scuffled with the officer AND tried to take his gun. That might justify shooting him at the car, but it's not going to justify shooting him a half dozen more times. So I expect the "official" version from police will change again if all the above is true
So how stupid of a question was it? Not only have you placed blame over and over again in this thread on the officer from rumors you wanted to believe, you've also accused police of changing their story to fit their narrative and "others" helping come up with a story to to cover-up something you believe happened. Now a few days later and more has come to light, I'm sure you have a good excuse for it and don't believe that way. This is exactly what the problem has been though with people claiming stuff they don't know and inciting rage.

CNN never asked why she was maced? Yeah seems legit. I'm surprised he didn't shoot her 8 times in the back and twice in the head just for the hell of it too.

You went through a lot of trouble for nothing Langston. I never convicted the cop and if I made a statement to that effect I was wrong. Do I seriously question how the cops put their story together? Absolutely and always will for my own reasons. And no, I was never assaulted by a cop.
Started to respond to each one to show you how you aren't making the point you think you are, but instead will just leave it at FPD just did a shite job of getting out in front of the story. Instead of leaking things piecemeal, they could have gotten out in front of it.
If I did convict the cop, I was wrong.
For the record, based on the information that is available at this point, I still think the cop should be arrested and let a trial sort it out. I guess I better put a proviso in there that that opinion is subject to change should further evidence come to light. I think he's likely acquitted at this point because frankly, I don't think either side is believable, which means the DA can't carry his burden.
