My father listens to this shite every night. Since he spent 35 years listening and being part of it, i guess it kind of puts him at ease, soothing type of sound.

This has been no different than a million others, but if you see the youtube video from the scene you can hear people screaming this when they didn't even know the police had shot him yet,and when someone does describe what happened, the incident went down quite different. Dude was charging officer when he was shot.
