But isn’t this statement kinda the problem these days? It’s team red vs blue. Regardless of political leanings, not many people would have made this statement 20 plus years ago before America lost its middle ground and became team red vs team blue.

Reinforcing the false narrative of Black Lives Matter has directly resulted in what you see today.

Just a few weeks ago more people were trying to see the middle ground because quite honestly republicans and democratic governors and leaders were agitating the American public with lockdown/quarantine.
Now with the riots, people are going back to their respective teams (blue vs red).

For years conservatives have said that the left shouldn’t be reinforcing these false narratives and sowing hate. Well you reap what you sow. That’s exactly what is happening.
When young impressionable black kids think the cops are out to kill them and they turn in the TV and see the media, athletes, and presidents confirming this false narrative what do you think is going to happen?
