Downtown isn't isolated, it's downtown. The center of any city. How often does the average tourist wander into drug Zombieville without even realizing it? Probably quite often. It's disgusting for tourists, residents, and businesses alike that the government allows, encourages, and financially supports this.

Known in SFO as “the Fentanyl Flop”. However, if you chose to live in a big city, there’s so much that is great about that area that one can ignore this stuff.

It’s messed up but the one I feel the worst for in that video is the lil dog on the dudes lap. He didn’t ask to be there.

The probably feeding lil dude kibbles and fentanyl.

It was a warm spring in SF so the smells wafting out of the loin have been kinda special. I know because one of my SF offices is just a few blocks away.
