I feel like I can speak authoritatively on this subject. Doh--Mang, though Doh-Ming is acceptable if you are a Yankee. I will answer to Domain without bothering to correct you.
When I get calls from Hispanic solicitors trying to gin me up to support open borders or amnesty of some sort, they inevitably pronounce it Doh-Ming-Ay.
The name along with the name Domingues is a Cajunized revision of the surname Dominguez. During Spanish rule, Canary Islanders were allowed to immigrate to Louisiana, which is where the majority of Domingue's in the state can trace their origin. In some parts of the state, Domingue has phonetically morphed into the name Domangue, the Houma/Thibadoux area in particular.
I probably overshared there.

Doe-mang. There is a g in the name and it's not silent. Just cause people pronounce pirogue as pee-row instead of p-rogue does not make it correct.
