Concession-stand thread reminded me of this place, which started out in a little food truck or something on the corner of Flannery and Florida Blvd if I recall. Seemed like it quickly took off, and they expanded their footprint at that location. Think they may have even opened a second location at some point (?). Then, kaput. Disappeared.

Big for bike nights & car shows
Not sure what happened other than what has happened to most of FL Blvd, business closes & becomes a used car lot

Not sure what Cloud and Melrose are.
It was across from the McDonald's at Florida and Flannery.

I think the owner and his wife got a divorce and that ended up shutting some business down ... I think it’s a used car lot now.
