River is too high to start construction...

USACoE requires the Carrolton Gauge to be below 11' for digging near the levee in BR.

Piles and shafts are very different in how they are constructed. A deep arse hole that you fill with rebar and concrete is a drilled shaft and not a pile. If you mix those up it could be a huge frick up.

This ain't close to being pissy, this is trying to make heads or tails of what dude was talking about.

Engineers call drilled shafts and auger cast PILES "piles" all of the time.
