Hopefully your car will be impounded and you’ll lose your license. That’s asinine and you should have better situational awareness.

This works. If you have not had previous tickets, go to your court date and plea for leniency in front of the judge. The judge can reduce the “reckless driving” to just speeding and that is much more palatable to your wallet and your insurance company rates.
