Speech to Text App or Desktop Software recommendation

Having to transcribe hours of interviews that are currently in m4a format. Recommendations on which software/app is best?

Amazon Mechanical Turk if you just want to pay someone else to do it LINK /

I'm sure if you google there are other companies or people on Fiveer that could do it for a fee too. Might be better for a one off project.
