Insurance defender alert! How is that 80K a year treating you? nothing says excitement and life on the edge like workers compensation defense.
White trash ambulance chaser alert! How does it feel to get constantly buttfricked by a white shoe casualty firm? Must be depressing.

Got damn you are melting. I'm glad you went to a better law school than Southern. I bet you are very proud. Congrats on all your success.

But what about those firms makes them special except to other members of those firms?
I've had cases against some of those firms you listed. They were solid, competent lawyers, but they in no way dominated this white boy who went to Southern. I just don't understand the elitism aspect of it.

You may make more than me, but, at the end of the day you are still the least respected type of attorney in our profession. You are the butt of every joke. You are the attorney that we make fun of when we get together. You are the attorney that everyone calls an ambulance chaser. You are a piece of shite.

Southern would be far from my first choice, but a good number of the judges in our district came out of there. And, after that first job, you rarely get asked where you graduated. Take it for what it's worth.
The legal profession was much different when those judges went to law school. Once you have some experience, the law school you attended matters much less than it did as a young lawyer, however, finding your first legal job with Southern Law on your resume will be a tough task. Many firms will not even consider you.
OP tell your friend to not waste his money at that shite hole of a law school. If he wants to practice in Louisiana, he needs to retake to score high enough to get into LSU. If he can't score at least a 150+ on the LSAT, then the bottom line is he needs to figure out a new profession.

So is this for everyone who handles a case for a plaintiff? Where is your line between white trash ambulance chaser versus just a dude filing a lawsuit for someone?

Obvs the defense bar are all jealous poors and everyone who gets hurt should just suck it up like a true red-blooded American and pay the hundreds of thousands of dollars they owe for medical bills out of pocket

Well you trash would all be out of a job while transactional master race would continue single-handledly making the business world move by sheer force of will.

The part I never could figure was they seem to ignore the symbiotic relationship they have with trial lawyers.
