Southern Club (Opelousas) + other old Cajun country buildings

Can anyone tell me where the old Southern Club structure is located in the Opelousas area? I'm going to be up there on Friday and I would like to drive by and see the (horrible) condition its in these days.
While on the topic, what are some other old/decaying Louisiana buildings in the general Cajun country area (between Baton Rouge and Lake Charles, north and south) that were once in better shape are still standing? A lot of these places are being/have been torn down, and I'd like to see what I can before they're gone (I have the entire day off Friday after 11 AM).

I got inspired to take some pics of Halifax plantation just before it was razed.
I suggest the book Ghosts Along the Mississippi for ideas.

honestly man, it isnt much to see. its a shabby old abandoned wood building. there is no noteworthy architecture or anything. it looks like a big triplewide that is about to collapse. you would really be wasting your time to drive here and look at that.
