People who are unable to express their individuality via either spoken or written words are forced to stick #### in their face or tattoo garbage all over themselves to show how different and rebellious they actually are.
Of course many of these people aren't particularly unique or different in any way as their chosen form of self expression mirrors pretty much all the other head cases who are incapable of stringing together any coherent thoughts that might otherwise differentiate themselves from the normal looking people but good luck getting that point across to them.
