Im sure I can find it, I'm thinking about building some house around here to sell. Havent decided if I want to jump to residential and do my own thing or just stay doing commercial sub stuff.

Sounds like a good problem to have ... I would definitely look into going in it for myself if I were you... unless you happen to be a regular sub contractor for DSLD or another tract builder... look like they’ll have steady work at least another 5-8 years...
