Call your insurance agent.
They usually have a list of repair guys on hand to help do work. Just tell him you're looking for the job to be done right and don't want to be ripped off. They know what's up because they don't want to lose your business.
You'd be amazed at the amount of people will file claims for this type of shite when there was no storm damage done to it.
