Wouldn't it be weirder if you didn't show up looking for it? Like you just called to check and talk and have human interaction?

Don't rely on that because chances are it won't be there unless it's a commonly used item. It's just a ploy to get you to the store.

yeah I'm gonna have to disagree with you on that one pectus. You posted something about jacking off on a dude and I asked you about it.

OK. I am sorry. I read it differently when it happened.

I won't ever bring it up again.

I would never do that, but it sounds like a cool story.

Wait, that was a sub-plot in Night at the Roxbury where the guy would call the hotline to talk to the lady the whole time.

And the sub-plot of how Barry Egan got in trouble with the Mattress King in Punch-drunk Love.

I'd say 90% of the time it wouldn't be an issue because I'd be on drugs. But that 10% for some reason I tip-toe around wanting to talk to people and then that could be an issue

It's not anxiety it's a random thought and connection that runs through my head sometimes when I don't introduce myself on buying the item or whatever.

I give them my name and say I'll be over to see them at or near a specific time and ask them to hold one for me if item is limited in quantity. I'll walk in and ask for it with my name or ask where to find it to save time. Works for me!

Would be a lot weirder to not to.
