So when does Orleans / Jefferson go to shelter in place?

Our office is making a plan that this could happen as soon as Monday. Obviously I hope it doesn't come to this, but we are just trying to be ready by COB Friday in case it goes down over the weekend.

why would it just be NOLA/JP? everything else has been statewide so far

JBE has said it if happens will be location by location.
Orleans/Jefferson are well ahead of the rest of the state in number of cases.
