Obviously this is a big storm coming, but absolutely some of the media will exaggerate for ratings & clicks because there isn't a single topic they won't do that for.

Miaramar Beach / Santa Rosa Beach City line - A little more in the Miramar Bwach area.
I mean it was a stong few hours of winds and rain but it was NOTHING compared to the pic of the hurricane I posted
