Yeah it's inconsistent.

He did get a shitload of downvotes, and I would imagine RAs, very quickly.

We have a face here to sympathize with, and humanize the tragedy.

The woodchipper thread, well, not as much.

I'm certainly not advocating it should have stuck around, it was an awful post and I've got a pretty dark sense of humor.

I do too, but it's fricked up. Even with the tiki tubing drowning. I've seen tons of tasteless jokes already and that shite just happened a few days ago.

No clue how the guy goes on with life. Such a shitty thing

A friend of mine lost his fiancée to a brain hemmorrage shortly before their wedding. After a while he got better, but it took a long time. He's still not the same.

The friend who was driving probably has it the hardest.

Yeah that's what I was thinking.

Imagine what it will be like for the guy when the wedding date rolls around. Awful

i mean accidents happen. i'm not sure how it was totally avoidable. I'm sure she wouldnt have tried to pass if she knew it was gonna cost her friend her life.

But because everything here is taken literally, that's hard.

Toss a pimp emoticon at the end of it, and you look like a fricking scumbag IMO.

I've noticed the number of people (mostly women actually) driving while staring at their phone has gone way up the last couple years. The rise of the smart phone and the ability to text or surf the web while on the go is making our roads a far more dangerous place.

Couple weeks ago, I say a woman with her iPad on the steering wheel.

Can we stop one-upping everyone for like 5 minutes?

I agree, but I don't have children. I can see how that might be the toughest. It's not suppose to be like that. They're supposed to live longer than you.
