McKesson, one of the biggest drug wholesalers in the country, currently doesn’t have any in stock. The hospital my wife works for can’t get it.

Yes, doctors currently don't have a limitation to prescribing this. The limited study from France came out very recently (past day or two), so most doctors haven't had the time to digest the study.
From the responses on here from doctors my guess is that many are still waiting to see the results of a more comprehensive study before going whole hog on this treatment.
There are risks if you have an irregular heartbeat (WaWa discussed this), but it seems relatively safe.

Looks like Trumps on board with this Drug combo. He's got the FDA on it...As much as I hate the man he sure can cut red tape like no other...
