It's def. a good tool for slowly weening yourself off nicotine very slowly. But it's very easy for it to become an all-day thing, bc it doesn't make you feel like shite.

It's OK to have some vices, cigarettes or vaping wouldn't be my choices.

Risk:benefits don't work with either of them for me.

I have but a few: nicotine and a six pack of beer after work.

Sex when I can get it, too.
