He's gonna remind us that this is a public health emergency named COVID-19 and to wear a mask and be a good neighbor.
He will also remind us that we're currently under HIS proclamation that HE ordered and that local governments can issue more restrictions but not less than the ones HE decided on.

FYI FB had a post asking for prayers for a priest who "supposedly" had been admitted to the icu. Someone said no he hadn't and stated that Lourdes had "plenty of beds". I questioned him in a very nice way about how good was his info.
His reply was that he is on a board there and that they "are handling the surge and the staff is doing a great job". People like him with "sources" make me feel better than JBE does.
