That one has the 60/40 split bench that I am not a fan of. The bucket seats are much more comfortable.

I don't remember exactly what are the differences between a Lariat and XLT are but I enjoy the following:
Heated front and rear seats
Ventilated front seats
360 camera
Sunroof that is panoramic
Folding mirrors
Bright front lights
Rain sensing windshield wipers
