Two weeks before 9/11 I went to the swimming pool at the national guard and the guy at the guard shack grilled me about what we were doing there. They had never done that before. He told me they were on alert for suspicious activity.
I have no doubt they knew something was about to be attempted but I don't think they knew exactly.
Well, I was in the active army at that time and they didn't share any of their concerns with us.

I just clicked this thread so I could downvote you. I don't even care about what else you had to say other than the title.

I'm curious to know how the government MAKES money through war profiteering. I can see how they spend the hell out of it, but not sure how they profit. Thanks in advannce.

Man, if we made money off of war then all our aircraft would be in better shape.

They get money from oil and opium. Geez, some of y'all just don't get it. How do you think we afford things like nuclear power and diversity training?

You know, a new method of high rise building demolition was discovered on 911. Office fires. Office fires can bring a building down on its own footprint, at least according to the NIST (the federal government agency that investigated 911).
I'm surprised that demolition companies haven't implemented this cheap and efficient high rise demolition discovery. There is a real competitive advantage here for any demolition company willing to use this method discovered by NIST.

Exactly. Blowing 85 columns almost simultaneously isn't that hard to conceal.

Hmm, they must have limited it to Air bases. All I know is I used to go to the pool at the Air Guard base here all the time. Had several birthday parties there when I was a kid. I didn't even have a military id, just told then my grandpa was a Guard vet, no problem.
Then a couple weeks before 9/11 right before college started back up me and my gf went and the guy asked us all kinds of questions about who we were (despite my gf having a military id), why we were there, and said something to the effect that they were worried about a terrorist attack.

The deep state controls the government/world. The deep state is not partisan (see the Uniparty in action currently) They enrich / propogate themselves via war. They use principles below to steer the masses:
Divide and rule (or divide and conquer, from Latin divide et impera)
and
Bread and circuses (or bread and games; from Latin: panem et circenses)
The higher level players are controlled via extensive blackmail rings (Pedogate). Most in DC are compromised (either willingly or drug induced).
Above begets /justifies human trafficking, organ harvesting, human experimentation, drug running
All the while some profit from the process, the rebuilding, the innovation, and the very blood/vitality of society
Thread where I go into detail/ defend above

AP: U.S. contractor ignored security violations at Iraq base
7 AP May 3, 2017 4:57 AM EDT
quote:
An American company that was paid nearly $700 million to secure an Iraqi base for F-16 fighter jets turned a blind eye to alcohol smuggling, theft, security violations, and allegations of sex trafficking -- then terminated investigators who uncovered wrongdoing, an Associated Press investigation has found.
quote:
The fired investigators, Robert Cole and Kristie King, said they uncovered evidence that Sallyport employees were involved in human trafficking for prostitution. Staff on base routinely flew smuggled alcohol onto the base in such high volumes that a plane once seesawed on the tarmac under the weight. Rogue militia stole enormous generators using flatbed trucks and a 60-foot crane, driving right past Sallyport security guards.
quote:
The investigators say company lawyers ordered them to keep two sets of books, which they interpreted as an attempt to deceive auditors.
"One for the government to see and one for the government not to see," King said.

West Point Grad Smeared By Charges Of Murder And Necrophilia For Hire, Sex Trafficking And Drug Smuggling: Lawsuit
The lawsuit also said there were false allegations of arms trafficking to the Taliban, ISIS and Chechen rebels.
Joseph Hosey (Patch Staff) - January 16, 2015 5:07 pm ET ?

The defamatory statements involved accusations of murder for hire, necrophilia for hire, drug smuggling, the sexual trafficking of minors, tax evasion, and “illicit trafficking in arms, including supplying guns to the Taliban, ISIS and Chechen rebels,” the suit said.
Wadhams sued DeBlasio and two of his employees in 2010. Some of her claims included incidents in which DeBlasio allegedly “commented on the size of Sabrina Marie Wadhams’ feet and requested that she masturbate him ‘with her feet,’” asked her to “’strangle him with her hair’ in the course of sex acts,” and requested she “’masturbate with raw hamburger meat,’ then cook the meat and ‘feed it to him,’” her lawsuit said.

Before 9/11 it was no problem. A lot of people there apparently knew my grandpa just because he worked there for so long (40+ years, retired master sergeant). I'd just tell them I was his grandson and they'd let me in, no problem.
Two weeks before 9/11 they barely let us in to swim. Then after 9/11 they locked it (and Chaffee) down and I've never been back since then.

You're not missing much these days. I go to Chaffee every time I'm back home on leave and that place is desolate.

Yeah hehe. I do miss being able to cut through there to go from Barling to Greenwood and vice versa.

How's that "new" I-49 working out?
Posted on 8/6/17 at 7:02 pm to Devil_doge
It will be awesome when they connect it to I-49 near Alma. I'm looking to move to NWA in the next year though. When I do I won't look back
