Ahh. That neighborhood is still nice. There are nice neighborhoods in the area but the hood is certainly a lot closer than it used to be

North Sherwood is a ghetto. North of Florida Blvd is ghetto. Sherwood is definitely not a ghetto. Oh, and you can't afford a house is Sherwood acres.

I'm confusing Lakes at Sherwood or Lake Sherwood acres with Sherwood Acres.

Yeah, I'm sure everyone on the OT lives in a $600,000 house.

Lake Sherwood price per square foot is considerably down from where it was, say, 12-15 years ago.

I'm gonna go on a limb and say that probably 90% of OTers don't live in a $600,000 home.

In California my house was $850,000.
Homes are a lot more expensive in California.

Yeah the people who live out of state and are paid better, absolutely. I'm gonna clarify and say 90% of OTers who live and work in the Baton Rouge area.
