So I started up CrossFit again.

It is absolutely kicking my arse, it feels great to be working out again. I may feel like shite for an hour after but that's means I'm busting my arse

I also have two professors that go to my session...smokeshows

Anyone else pick up CrossFit or working out on general?

No because I prefer a workout using correct form.

Nothing against Cross Fit, I guess. Just see too many dudes get injuried trying crazy shite.
