The brown/black widows are definitely out. I've got a bit of an infestation myself. Your warehouse manager needs to get pest control out there. If you are seeing spikey egg sacs you need to destroy them as a lot of chemicals won't penetrate the sac.

I've heard it's painful as all get out even with anti-venom.
