I just called the number. It took me several times to get through. When I did, he asked for my phone number. I gave him an old phone number from my childhood (1968-1981). He then asked to verify that number and tried to look it up/call it.. Of course it wasn't active. Finally he asked for my name. I gave him a false name. Then he proceeded with the IRS penalty and I had an arrest warrant, do you want to resolve the case... I said I didn't receive a call from the police. We went round and round. It was glorious. He finally hung up.
