"love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 22:39),
to "love one another" as Christ loved us (John 13:34),
and to "love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you" (Matthew 5:44).

How far do you take this?

Too general. My priority is the children and keeping them from broken adults.

Can I add to this sentiment please? STOP shutting down massage parlors around town!! It is also a form of cancel culture!!! Not everyone is doing wrong when you get a massage from an attractive Asian woman that speaks very little English. Sometimes there is just a language barrier. You may say “please rub out the knot” and they interpret it as “rub out the ??” ! Completely innocent misunderstanding!!

As any grown man should

"love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 22:39),

How far do I take what exactly??? Matthew 22:39?? I mean Christians should take it is far as possible huh?? Not saying we won’t error but the verse is paramount to the teachings of Christ

Some of the people have already been punished enough just for being who they are (e.g. the fat girl Freshman at the Texas college).

Judges, law clerks, law enforcement, and physicians have ethical issues when they cheer someone's assassination. It calls into question whether they would conduct the duties of their job if the person needing service was someone they wanted dead.

Slippery slope… I’m sure it’s plenty of racist people in those professions who haven’t let their views interfere with their duties, no??

Slippery slope

Its not.

The idea is to prevent more political assassinations.

Do you honestly think no one in these professions has been fired for voicing terrible opinions before CK's assassination?

If it goes against the codes of conduct/ethics of the profession, absolutely it's right.

You are not entitled to have a job and say anything you want and keep the job.

How many political assassinations are their a year… seems like the idea would be to stop more killings regardless

Agreed. Anyone cheering on cold blooded murder can and likely should face consequences for that. The "free Luigi" crowd is a perfect example.

How many school shooters were there until Columbine?

Youre trying to justify people working with children being able to advocate murder.

No job I can think of has a written rule you can’t celebrate a public figures death… you speaking about the optics of it…

Explain not being entitled to say anything you want.. I mean as long as it’s not threatening or overly insulting (to a person who works with you)

Every job does if you understand how policy statements work. The only variable is enforcement.

90% of those appear to be targeted.

Not quite the same as Columbine and the events following.

You can do all you want to justify yalls lack of morality, but youre in a tiny minority.
