Authorities say a Russian woman died after a windsurfer's board slashed her throat while she was snorkeling off Spain's Canary Islands.

Where we went paddle boarding in Tahoe we left from a dock at a marina....boats EVERYWHERE. Paddling back to the dock I almost hit some people swimming laps...at the marina.
Is just me or is doing laps at a busy marina one of the dumbest things you can do?
