Did they have their own home inspector look at the house? If so they should sue him, if not they shouldn't sue anyone because a home is sold "As is"!
I mean it sucks for them but that is why you pay the $500 for your own home inspection before you buy..

So if my house is infested with mold and it is going to cost me $10,000 that I don't have to have it removed, I should be able to sell it without disclosing that, and just hope that their home inspector doesn't find it?
