LSU advertises itself as a tobacco free campus so it shouldn't be difficult getting this issue resolved. It's still really bad outside of TS and even Alex Box to a lesser extent. I've brought it up to the Athletic Admin folks before. If enough complaints are repeatedly expressed it'll likely help out to effect the enforcement of no smoking on campus.
