This is still America, you are free to do anything you want unless there is a law prohibiting it, not the other way around.
There are several laws prohibiting intentionally using a vehicle to assault and even more laws prohibiting this guy from using an unlicensed firearm to shoot people as well.
He'll, I'm pretty positive those laws are in place in New Orleans.
Thanks for playing

Even if he is telling the truth you do not follow the person and hit him . You follow long enough to get lisence plate number and call the cops.Either way he escalated the confrontation. His self defense argument should be blown to pieces during the trial.
My personal belief is this guy was jealous of Smith. He had a jealousy of Smith because Smith was all he wasn't. A successful athlete who was loved by the city. One of the heroes of the SB run. Then when he noticed him that night with the ex cop that he blames for killing his father, that was the straw that broke the camel's back.

So now it's premeditated?

I heard from a cop in laffy that WS was an a-hole wife beater. Just telling yall what I heard.

I'm no lawyer, but I'm thinking the best this dude can hope for, if all that his lawyer is saying is true, would be pleading down to a manslaughter charge. Avoiding a life sentence with a second degree murder conviction.

No laughing matter, yes it was premeditated. Maybe an temporary insanity plea would work out better for him.

dude barely had any post on his facebook page, which makes me believe he didn't have instagram or twitter.
So how does he keep up with someone who he doesn't have a personal relationship with? I doubt someone showed him the pic and he was like " lets do this". I would also think he probably couldn't identify the cop( who was named in the lawsuit for killing his father) if given a hundred tries.
I don't think jealousy played a part in this, I also think Will Smith's image will come out a bit tarnished after all is said and done.

Even if he was a habitual wife beater it doesn't have anything to do with this incident.

If anyone should know it would be a cop. They are notorious for doing that.

Oh I think it did. I think they knew each other and I think he was a hater. Tyrann's tweet says a lot

Well how much do people actually know about the incident with his wife? Seems to me most people have completely forgot about it. That will be brought up by the media thoroughly when this case gets started.

Honest question, Everyone is claiming that he rear ended Smith and was the aggressor, if it were a chase through busy New Orleans streets, wouldn't it be possible that he was brake checked? Yes, he's guilty of following too closely but it was known that he was chasing following a supposed hit and run. I agree that there has to be more to this story. Calling 911, and waiting for police to arrive definitely changes the narrative.

Tyran's not the brightest person, he should also stop tweeting about this incident until all the facts come out. Just send out a tweet praying for the family and keep it moving.
The shooter did not know Will Smith.

All he had to do was not say that he knew the guy.

What's your point? Brake checking is perfectly legal.

Well the good thing about belief is that it does not have to contain even the smallest about of truth for one to believe something.

My point is that all the original claims were that Smith was followed to the point of stalking and Hayes purposefully ran into him.
That may not be true.
