Slaughtering Slaughter's Slaughterhouse of Slaughters

People at work are talking about this haunted house named Slaughtering Slaughter's Slaughterhouse of Slaughters. They do no marketing or have any website, so its completely word of mouth. But the rumor is that its the best haunted house in the country and the mystery behind it(does it even exist?) is part of its greatness. No one knows where it is but one guy that it is Northwest of Opelousas near Ville Platte.
Has anyone been to this place or heard of it so I can confirm/deny? I don't want to drive to Opelousas only for it to be fake, or not be the right location.
