I use to work in a grocery store several years ago. Just as many whites on fs than blacks. I remember one family of whites the mother and several adult daughters were on fs. It's like its a learned condition

Isn't EBT funded at the federal level? If that's the case than it's certainly lost revenue at the state and local level.
