One day at a time and you can. Find a meeting and start going. You will be surprised at the amount of support you get. Changed my life.

I really don't like 12 steps type programs, but it works for some. Anyways, my point is, find something that works for you.

This is some good posting and something I totally relate to. It's difficult getting to that "groove" but once you find it, everyday is rewarding.
