Sister has tickets that were put on her credit card and wants to transfer them

My sister received tickets from a friend for the Cheap Trick, Foreigner and Jason Bonham - Led Zeppelin Experience - concert tomorrow night. The tickets are through Ticketmaster.

The tickets were given to her by someone in Louisiana who cannot make the show. She also will not be able to attend the show.

She said there are no paper tickets and she had to give her credit card number to have the tickets attached to her card. She didn't pay for them but Ticketmaster had to have the card # to transfer the tickets.

Since she can't go she is going to give them to someone else but doesn't think she can transfer them again.

Is this correct? Is there a way for her to give them to someone else for a second time? I would think there would be a way but she said she looked online and can't figure out a way to do it.
