Only thing I can think of where those would be cool is if you used one for deer camp

Just me + 500 sqft house = no problem. Me + someone else = minimum 2000sqft.

I have a little house (200 sq ft) and it was built as a portable camp. It is well built with cabinets and lots of windows. I lived in it for a while till we bought our permanent house. I paid $1200 for it. I loved it. It was fun painting it and customizing it.
Now i use it as a guest house and it will be used as a small school for the granddaughter in a few years.
