The driver isn't the one in charge here. It is the officer. He told him he was going to arrest him and he did.

So... he said he had a "right" to break the posted speed limit, which he does not. So it is not a right at all. You can't exercise a right you don't have, dumbass. The officer did not interfere with any of the man's rights--the right to require an officer to identify himself, to state the cause of the stop, to provide badge number, and to film the incident.

Actually, he got his window smashed after the officer put him under arrest for refusing to provide license and registration and telling the cop he would not comply. Basically, you're saying that anyone who breaks the law can and should be able to just sit in their vehicle and ignore a lawful command to identify themselves. Basically, "i'm not acting violently, so you HAVE to just stand there and argue with me," is your solution?

I don't argue on the side of the road. That is what court is for. I write you a ticket, you get a court date and I have to prove you were breaking the law on that date. You don't have to prove or say anything unless you want to.
