When I was in college, I worked at Outback. Their version of "medium" is actually closer to Medium Rare, and we were instructed to explain this. Drink whiskey next time.

He was literally within a mile of one of the best steak houses in the state and he's complaining about S/BC being unclassy because he chose to eat shoe leather at a freaking outback.
