The kids at Chick-fil-a don't actually have to leave their air-conditioned building. At least the carhops at Sonic have to go outside in the cold or heat to serve you--and what about that bitch who parks at one of the slots across the drive from the building in the rain?

As others have said, if they're polite, the service is quick, and the order seems correct I'll usually tip a couple of dollars. I figure it's not going to hurt me, and it might help make their day.
