Do you think the majority of summer game players find that being safe is more important than the winning of medals?

There was s survey a few years ago that found most Olympic athletes would be willing to take a drug that guaranteed them a gold medal, even if it had a 50-50 chance of killing them. So, safety is not a real high priority for them.
