I use them, and I don't think it's bad for you to the level of cigarettes, dip, etc.. But they definitely affect my blood pressure if I don't pay attention how much I use it.

I bought a pack of ALP. Took a month to arrive, and I saw zero benefits. Quit dipping Kodiak in 1993, and expected a big buzz. Nope. Nothing.

Patches are better, they don't irritate your gums or taste bad.

Zyn is the best pouch out there, but expensive.
So I get the 15 mg FRE for $2.50/can.

lol I started doing that last summer as a way to keep me occupied while cutting grass. Now it’s just normal. But I am trying to go back to just 2.

Originally I was doing the 6 mg pouches, every now and then I’ll put a 2nd one in halfway through the first, but that’s rare. Over the past 1-2 years I’d cut down to 3-4 mg punches and only 1 can a day
