Should I be concerned... TD Sponsored Ad

I enjoy the occasional cool purchase off Etsy, idea hunting on Pinterest and yeah, sometimes some legit threesome porn, but should I be concerned about this sponsored ad popping up on the main page? I’m not even really into lesbian porn, and often these are power tool ads, but now this... Should I do a bunch of google searches for some how to man shite to correct this??
