Shoplifting during police funerals

I was talking to the clerk in Home Depot yesteray when I went back in to pay for an item I missed in my basket at checkout. I told her this was the second time this had happened to me and wondered how often this happened and caused loss. This led to a discussion where she told me of the blatant shoplifting that happened during the police funerals here in Baton Rouge. She said folks figured no police would be around to apprehend them and they were literally grabbing stuff and running out the front of the store. Amazing to me that we have so many of these heartless animals living among us.....

Why would she lie? She was a young African American btw...so this was not a racially motivated discussion.
She said the cops actually caught one in the Fresh Pickens parking lot and he hit his head during the arrest and was screaming brutality because he was bleeding...

I'm not sure if this is the same incident but I know they definitely had shite go down outside that Home Depot during Garafola's funeral.
