Eventually.

Yes,because the people in power would eventually realize " nobody can stop us,hell, we have all the guns and power, let's just keep all of it. What are the people going to do? Vote us out? We have guns, and they don't..they are like our cattle."

The people then realize what a fix they are in,and realize it is futile to even talk back,or voice an opinion, because the government will just kill them,at that time, the shootings will probably slow down a lot.

I feel better about my chances in a wild west situation, than in a situation where government totally has my best interest in mind, and I would completely trust them to take care of me. There isn't 1 person that decides to be a politician, that doesn't have his own self interest in mind. These SOBS aren't angels, you could expect the worse if there is no possible retaliation.

That's how you wind up being North Korea.

Bet they have very little gun violence though, right?

My concern was more for the cop. He was paid to be there and trained to act as he did but it is still a tough situation that this kid forced him to be in.

Absolutely. This story is developing and the latest is that Daquan was the one being ganged up on. Problems between parties date back to Thanksgiving and Daguan felt a need for protection. Also confirmed that someone was hit in the leg.

Opposing key figure being held on possession (pot) charges rather than carrying charges. Multiple weapons comment by press is still not substantiated.

Bad bad day for anyone there yesterday, and more so today. The officer's life will never be the same but he did the right thing.
