The sad part is I remember a time when that area was middle to upper middle class.

^ Yep, plenty of ol buddies went to St. Louis.

That Chase is basically the last mark of civilization in that whole area and they’re probably going to close as well.

There are a number of ghetto apartments and four-plexes just north of there. I'd imagine that's probably where the shooting happened. It was a half decent area 20-30 years ago with Albertsons right there.

Lived right around the corner from there when Sherwood Forest was basically CCLA and you could actually live in Belaire without worrying about getting robbed into oblivion.

pretty sure only the atm is left open at this location. Chase and Hancock on Goodwood by Gambinos and the library are both closed now.
