Actually they have to do both. CNIC directive, personnel at the ECPs have to wear masks and no touch ID scan.
Glad the shooter never got past the bollards.

But wouldn’t it have been more effective if the shooter had just not worn a mask and given a few sailors a hug? That would’ve certainly killed thousands, right?
